Heartbreak hurts and there is no denying it.Everyone will find a different way to get over it,but you just find yourself going in circles with that pain.Easier for some people,but harder for others.So if you dont know how you can get over it ,try this:

3. TALK TO YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY
That’s what they are there for! A good friend you trust will be good to talk to and even your siblings.A parent …maybe.
4.MOVE ON
Focus on your career ,family or studies.Be it an application that was never replied to or an interview …let it go ,apply again.Good times are a great way to get over a heartbreak.
5.KEEP IN PERSPECTIVE.
Have positive thinking.Think about your life and what you can do about it .Dont let your loss destroy the rest of your life too.Overcome the feeling because it will leave you on an unpleasant road.
6.ACCEPT IT
Every relationship is a learning experience ,and every learning experience will have an effect on your future.Time heals all wounds,especially in the case of a heartbreak.
